Is this a statement from George Soros' plans for a New World Order? When I quoted it to a radical Progressive of my acquaintance she agreed enthusiastically with the idea.
But:
It comes from a speech given in November 1933 by Adolf Hitler, and quoted in The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, a comprehensive book written by William Shirer, foreign correspondent and historian. He was able to gain access to massive amounts of files before the Nazis could destroy them. The book was published on November 15, 1990, by Simon and Schuster.
